This week Big Frog fills in for Dave as The Degenerates tackle the most unique heckler any of us have ever experienced, Ryan's potential new movie role, and the best out-of-control parties we threw in high school. All of that plus the logical reason you should take off one pant leg every time you sit on the toilet.

September 12, 2017 08:10 PM PDT

The Degenerates broadcast from The Horrible Imaginings Film Festival at the Museum of Photographic Arts in Balboa Park where they interview horror aficionado and KBPS Reporter Beth Accomando as well as festival creator Miguel Rodriguez and talk about the new movie "It", the most creative horror movies of all time, and how Ryan took advantage of a mentally disabled casino employee.

September 05, 2017 12:43 AM PDT

The Degenerates are joined by comedian and wrestler Mikey Gordon to discuss accidentally threatening comedy bookers, hating Joel Osteen before it was cool, getting slammed on to thousands of thumbtacks, and the worst messages to bookers ever received.

August 29, 2017 10:58 PM PDT

The Degenerates discuss the benefits of having a crazy stalker, how to stop someone from breaking into your car, and Ryan's rivalry with a "pick-up artist".

August 22, 2017 11:42 AM PDT

The Degenerates discuss Ryan's bachelor party (including a horrible dick injury), the worst stripper of all time, making it to a show in a new city at the last second, and how to do comedy for a coked-out Ronald MacDonald.

August 15, 2017 10:55 PM PDT

The Degenerates discuss owning guns, Ryan's bachelor party, how to make school plays more interesting, and the worst backhanded compliment we've ever received.

August 08, 2017 09:04 PM PDT

The guys talk about an audition for an unlikely role, how Ryan's arch enemy had another bad run-in with the GoreGenerates, and the greatest jet ski ride of one boy's life.

August 01, 2017 06:34 PM PDT

The Degenerates discuss the times that the adults were the wrong ones, when talentless people hate you, the horrible realities of vain rich women, and checkout line etiquette.

In this very special episode of The Degenerate Podcast, we have the edited audio version of The Flat Earth Debate hosted by Ryan Shores and starring Robert Timothy (Standard Spherical Earth Model) and Daniel Falkenbach (Flat Earth Model). Taped at The Kensington Club in San Diego on 7/13/17 as a joint venture between The Degenerates Podcast and The Science Faction Podcast (www.TheScienceFaction.com), the debate attempts to analyze and evaluate the claims of a Flat Earth as put forth by Mr Falkenbach from a logical and evidence-based perspective.
(Due to a recording issue, the first four minutes of the debate have poor audio quality. Our apologies.)

July 18, 2017 09:34 PM PDT

In one of the most exciting weeks in San Diego Comedy, we review (and preview) The Flat Earth Debate, Ryan talks about the most brutal Roast Battle he's ever seen, and we discuss the Los Angeles sociopath who keeps claiming to be headlining shows in San Diego.

take it with you

Iphone_trans Listening to podcasts on your mobile devices is extremely convenient -- and it's what makes the podcasting medium so powerful.

You can take your favorite shows and mixes with you anywhere, but to do so requires some quick and simple steps.

Let's walk you through that process together.
step 1:

Click the "Subscribe With iTunes" link in the page's sidebar:

This will require that you have the iTunes software on your computer.

(You can download iTunes here.)
step 2:

Now that you've subscribed to the podcast on iTunes, the feed will display in your "Podcasts" section on the left navigation bar.

Click there and you'll see the show displayed in the iTunes browser.

You can "get all" to download all available episodes or just individual episodes.
step 3:

Plug your mobile device (iPhone, iPad, iPod) into your computer with the Dock Connector cable, and click the device in iTunes's left navigation bar.

Once you have your device highlighted, click "Podcasts" in the top navigation bar and sync the podcasts you want on your device. Click "apply" and the episodes you have downloaded on your iTunes software will sync with your device.
that's it!

The beauty of this process is that now, every new episode of your subscribed podcasts will automatically sync to your device every time you plug it in and open iTunes. You can now take your favorite shows with you everywhere you go.
